Authentic Aiki and BJJ are the same examples:

STUDENT’S CLASS REFLECTION: 13 May (稽古 - 13日05月). Students worked on the principle of timing - for effective enhancement of counter striking and rendering attacks powerless - to make the atemi more powerful and applied this to yokumen geri kento (round kick and jab cross combo) defence.

STUDENT’S CLASS REFLECTION: 11 Mat (稽古 - 11日05月). Students worked on the principle of timing In counter striking to make the atemi more powerful and timing in the cut down for Kento gata (isb cross combo) before applying ikkajo conttol.

Monthly grading today. Good luck to those grading! Mats open from 9:30am for 10:00am start.
